You might be tacky if that rotating disc inside your power meter picks up enough speed to functions as a circular saw.

Christmas in the Grove

(1 Ratings)

Christmas in the Grove
Featured on ABC's "The Great Christmas Light Fight" 12/23 @ 9pm. Due to our participation in the show, ABC has asked us not to release any information about what is new in our 2013 display, so the following info is based on our 2012 display. Rest assured that 2013 will be bigger and better that ever!

Christmas in the Grove grew from our family's love of Christmas time, and a youthful desire to someday have "One of those displays".

The show begins on Thanksgiving night and runs through January 1 from 6:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 6:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday, weather permitted.

Our show has evolved from simple animation in 2010, to a light show, choreographed to some of the greatest Christmas music ever! The sound from our show can be heard in our yard and is also broadcast on 87.9 FM so that you can listen from the comfort of your car. This year our show features a custom version of "The House On Christmas Street" by Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Judy Pancoast and voiceovers by The Demented Elf.

We'd like to thank our family, friends and extraordinary neighbors for their help, patience, kind words and inspiration. Our show would not have grown to be what it is without the smiles of all the children who come by and the wonderful feedback we've received.

Since we begun collecting donations for our favorite charity, The The ALS Association of Georgia, we have raised $2800. All donations are graciously accepted with 100% going to the Association, in hopes that one day we will defeat ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).

On behalf of our entire family we would like to wish you a Very Merry Christmas and hope we'll see you at Christmas in the Grove.

This family goes above and beyond in their light show. Christmas in The Grove is nothing shy of a classy display that draws the viewer in with each synchronized light. The uniformity of each of these lights attracts viewers in and leaves them wanting more. A brightly lit pole serves the purpose of a donation tube, where the family takes donations for The ALS Foundation, 100% of the proceeds go to this foundation. Beyond the lights, the family alone makes the display that much better. The homeowner makes a point of coming out almost every single night to greet guests and answer the multitude of questions everyone has, no one can believe that he does it all himself! A display that can be considered artwork and a family that has such a passion for making others smile, this Christmas display stands alone, there is no comparison.
