Airblowns wearing out?

I have been displaying the airblowns since they first came out. The problem is that some appear not to have been designed to be turned off to reduce power during the day. Some of the older ones have fans that don't put out enough air any more to fully inflate them. I'm on the verge of tossing those but like them as part of the display. The cost of a replacement fan is the cost of an inflatable so haven't tried a replacement yet. Anyone else have a problem?
