well the long and short of free sequences is this....
they are great for ideas, and what you can do, or getting idea how to do an effect . Getting them to work to your own personnel sequence is hard. What I have done, is copy/paste their tracks above your own.

After that you can see their effects, and then copy to your own channel grid.
Unless you have the exact same number of channels in the exact same lights area your can't just use the entire sequence.

When you are learning it is a great idea to look at others, but you will find that very little will match your own personal sequence.

Also make sure you have the exact same song title, artist, and length as the other as it will not work.

One sequence on LORsequences, the person cut 20 seconds out of the middle of the song. So, the sequence is largely useless.

My advice, use it for ideas, but then just do the work on your own. You will send almost the exact same length of time working on getting their stuff to fit yours, as you would just to create it in the first place.

The guy who owns lightertainment had free sequences, I thing you may have to pay for them now, but it was all about mega tree, and leaping arches ideas. No songs, just a whole slew of ideas in tow sequence files. That is what I have used the most my first year with a mega tree. Just coming up with idaes, and how to make them happen.

just my thoughts.

Also, I started out on Planet Christmas before it took a turn for the worse. People were very helpful to me, and plus trial and error sucks.

If I know something that you don't no reason to make you search all over one way to do it.

I will say up front, I may not have the best way, or the cheapest, but it works for me.
