Recipe
3 Cups flour
2 t soda (dissolved in 2 t water)
t baking powder
1 salt
2 t pumpkin pie seasoning or 2 t cinnamon, t cloves & ginger
2 Cups sugar
1 Cup oil
4 eggs
2 Cups pumpkin

Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin seasoning. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugar in oil, add pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients gradually into liquid mixture. Pour into 4 one pound coffee cans or
greased/floured bread pans. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour serve with cream cheese.
