3 slices of bread, cubed pound sausage 8 oz grated cheddar cheese 8 eggs 2 C milk tsp dry mustard salt tsp pepper
Cover bottom of 9 X 12 casserole with bread. Cook sausage, drain, and crumble over bread. Layer of cheese. Beat eggs, add mustard, salt, pepper Pour on top. Cover with aluminum foil and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 350 degrees. Serves 10-12 |
