1 1/2 cups flour 1/4 t baking powder 1 1/2 cups quick oats, uncooked 1/4 t salt 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup butter flavored shortening 1/2 t cinnamon 1 cup blueberry pie filling
In a food processor, combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Add shortening and pulse until crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Pat remaining crumb mixture into a 2-quart rectangular dish. Rotating midway through cooking. Microwave on High 4 1/4 to 5 minutes. Spread pie filling over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb. Rotating midway through cooking, HIGH 3 1/3 4 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. 163 calories. |
