Recipe
1/2 cup butter 1 pound freesh cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pint half and half Hot cooked rice
1/3 cup sherry
1 pound fresh crabmeat
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Slowly stir in half and half, cook until mixture thickens. Add sherry, crabmeat and shrimp. Pour mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
