| 2-10 ounce frozen sliced strawberries,thawed
4 eggs 1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 tsp cinnamon
3 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda 1 cup chopped pecans(optional)
Stir together stawberries, eggs and oil. Mix together flour, vaking soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, and nuts. Add to strawberry mixture
and stir until blended. Pour into 2 greased and floured load pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Delicous alone or with cream cheese.. |
