3-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup Irish cream flavored powdered nondairy creamer
8 cups water.

Combine all ingredients except water in 3-4 quart crockpot. Stirring with a wire whisk, gradually add the water until mixture is smooth. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Stir Mixture with wire wisk before serving top with whipped cream if desired ore marshmallows
