| 1 box "pudding in the mix" yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1/4 C. vegetable oil 1 C. water 1 C. crunchy peanut butter 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 C. peanut butter chips 1/2 C. semi sweet chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar. Mix together on low speed until crumbly. Remove 1/2 C. and set aside. Add eggs, oil, and water to mixing bowl and mix on high for 2 minutes. Fold in 1/4 C. chocolate chips, and 1/4 C. peanut butter chips. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Add remaining chips to crumbly mixture and set aside. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes clean when inserted into the center. When done remove from oven, and sprinkle set aside mixture evenly over cake lightly pressing chips into top of cake. |
