Recipe
1 package macaroni - (16 oz) cooked, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups (or more for extra cheesy!) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cooked, drained and crumbled bacon (optional)
Lightly grease crock pot. Toss macaroni and oil. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT parmesan cheese, and bacon. Stir, cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before serving top with parmesan cheese and bacon. |
