Lights In The Country is a drive thru light display located at 36252 245th Ave Albany MN 56307. I started the display in 2016 for my grandmother to be able to enjoy a display closer to home as it became difficult to travel long distances. Seeing the sparkle in her eyes and the joy it brought her inspired me to open my property up and share the joy with others. Lights In The Country started out with 10,000 Lights and now has over 125,000 Lights with a 8ft wreath for the family to stop and take a photo in, reighndeer flying overhead, beautiful lighted fountains, a section of trees in rememberence of loved ones I have lost, a 20ft tall santa peeking over the roof of my house, a field of Love and Hope filled lighted awarness ribbons and much much more. Then find a parking spot to sit and watch a magical light show as the lights dance to music. And on 3 nights durn the season you can see a firework display as well. 99% of all the decorations have been handmade and everything is set up by 1 individual. Lights In The Country has become a family tradition for many and has even helped some to get through difficult times durn the holiday season. Myself included. As many have said OMG, WOW, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL, MAGICAL, WE LOVE IT, ITS OUR FAVORITE, WELL WORTH THE TRIP, WE WILL BE BACK! So load up the kids, pick up the parents and grandparents family and friends and come check out Lights In The Country Albany MN Friday-Sunday 5-11pm and Monday-Thursday 5-10pm
