Lugo's Winter Wonderland is a must-see on the Tacky Light Tour in Chesterfield, Virginia. Lugo started decorating with Christmas lights in Chesterfield in 1998 and since then year after year I try to expand my display. They are so happy the displays put up year after year can still put a smile on people's faces. They have added 5 new singing characters to the show.
