Santa Claus stops by Christmas Eve from 7pm - 9pm to listen to last minute gift requests.
Bring your camera and have your picture taken with Santa.
For the Best Christmas Music that you will ever hear tune to The Christmas Star 95.5FM or roll down the window to hear it "Live".
Don't forget to drive up the road to view the back of the house.
Enjoy the lights; it's our Christmas gift to you.
Please consider donating new or good/used clothes for the St. James Youth Group Clothing Shed, non-perishable food items to CHOW or making a monetary donation to Catholic Charities of Broome County in the donation bins located in the driveway.

every year i take my children (and their grandparents) to this house. we grab some hot cocoa and make the half hour drive just to see this house. its a tradition that i dont ever want to give up. the kids see it as being something so magical and beautiful, and the grownups do too.
