About the EGO Power+ 12″ Electric Cordless Snow Shovel
This is a compact, lightweight snow removal tool designed for clearing driveways, walkways, and patios without the hassle of gas engines or constant shoveling. The EGO Power+ shovel features a 12-inch clearing width and runs on the brand’s rechargeable lithium-ion battery system. At roughly 17 pounds, it’s remarkably maneuverable—significantly lighter than traditional snow blowers, yet powerful enough to handle moderate snowfall efficiently. The shovel features a durable plastic construction with steel edges for effective snow cutting, and its cordless design means no pull cords, no fuel mixing, and no emissions. This is the tool-only version, so you’ll be getting the shovel itself without a battery or charger included.
What Makes This Snow Shovel Stand Out
- Zero Maintenance Cordless Operation: No gas, no oil changes, no spark plugs to worry about—just charge and go. Perfect for those of us who’d rather spend winter mornings drinking coffee than tinkering with equipment.
- Lightweight Yet Powerful: At 17 pounds, it reduces fatigue compared to traditional snow blowers and shovels, making quick work of light to moderate snowfall without the physical toll.
- Quiet Performance: This operates at a fraction of the noise level of gas-powered alternatives, so you won’t be waking the entire neighborhood at dawn.
- EGO Battery Compatibility: Works seamlessly with EGO’s 56-volt battery ecosystem, giving you flexibility if you already own other EGO tools.
- Compact Storage: Takes up minimal space in your garage or shed—a game-changer for those of us working with limited storage.
Perfect for Christmas Lighting Enthusiasts
Here’s something many people don’t consider: if you’re serious about elaborate Christmas light displays, snow removal becomes part of your seasonal workflow. Imagine prepping your yard for an outdoor light show, only to wake up to fresh snowfall covering your landscape and power cords. With this cordless shovel, you can quickly clear pathways to your display areas, roof lines you need to access for installation, and foundation beds where you’ve positioned lights. Christmas decorators who transform their yards into winter wonderlands know that mobility and speed matter—this tool lets you maintain your display throughout the season without losing precious daylight to heavy snow cleanup.
Why This Deal Deserves Your Attention
Scoring a 28% discount on a quality cordless snow shovel this close to winter is genuinely rare. We’re talking about removing eighty dollars from an already solid price point. The EGO brand consistently delivers durability and performance across their tool lineup, and this snow shovel follows that pattern. Since this is a Prime exclusive deal, availability can shift quickly depending on stock levels. If you’ve been sitting on the fence about upgrading from manual shoveling or dealing with maintenance-heavy gas equipment, this pricing window won’t stay open indefinitely.
The real value here extends beyond just the savings. You’re investing in a tool that transforms your relationship with winter yard work—no more back-breaking shoveling sessions, no more wrestling with temperamental equipment in freezing temperatures. That’s worth significantly more than the eighty bucks you’re already saving.
Winter’s genuinely here now, and snow isn’t far behind. If this sounds like the upgrade you’ve been considering, this is genuinely one of those moments where the timing and pricing align perfectly. Your morning routine (and your back) will thank you.
